Maybe but it depends: Medicinal marijuana has been used to treat nausea but that's not usually considered a symptom of menopause. Unless you've recently undergone oopherectomy (removal of your ovaries), you're pretty young to experience "natural" menopause. Best to check w/your gyn or family doc as to what's going on. Possibly another condition is masquerading as "menopause".
