Not involved with it: Insurance is not involved in HealthTap PRIME (in 2015), although insurance policies may improve to cover simple online consultations in the future, as more and more doctors use new technology to care for patients. Because HealthTap is not involved with insurance, it currently makes no difference what insurance one has. A person is welcome to use HealthTap, and pay if selecting a premium service.
