Nipple discharge: Brown discharge from the nipples should be evaluated by a doctor. This is not normal. Irregular periods should be evaluated by an obgyn. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. I am not sure what you mean by “water infection” or what tests you had that were negative.
