No problem: The ziphoid is the name given to the bottom of the sternum (breast bone). When you lost some muscle mass and some subcutaneous fat you saw some more of your skeletal anatomy. That's you. I strongly doubt that you could convince a surgeon to operate on you to change your anatomy there. You might get collagen fillers as a possibility. Speak to a plastic surgeon.
