The other side: You will feel most kicks in the area where the feet are. The body and head will be across your bellybutton from that spot. For instance, if I were trying to listen for the baby's heart, I would ask where you feel the kicking then start by placing the doppler low and on the other side of your belly. Of course, this varies a bit depending on how far along the pregnancy is.

Ans: Need more history here. How far along are you? A lot depends on the gestational age. If you are very early on in your first trimester you can feel a fluttering like feeling. So give a better history of the pregnancy and be sure to gave your prenatal care
