Ovulation tests: Once you have one positive ovulation test then you should stop testing for that menstrual cycle. Ovulation should occur about 12-24 hours later so intercourse should be timed. Ovulation testing is not always accurate. It is actually detecting the ovulation precursor hormone LH not actual ovulation.
