Check a preg test: Generally you can conceive another pregnancy 2-4 week after a miscarriage, so check a pregnancy test first. Otherwise it could be you didn't ovulate this last month and are having some irregular bleeding. Lastly, it is possible to have retained pregnancy tissue causing irregular bleeding and an ultrasound would rule this out.
