Varies: If you skipped the placebos in a pack of pills you may start bleeding before you finish this pack (i.e. breakthrough bleeding) or may start bleeding at any time during the placebo week of your current pack. When during the placebos women bleed varies from pill to pill and from woman to woman. Hope this helps.
