Normal: While most of the time, you'll get your period 2 days after last active pill, it isn't uncommon to start bleeding earlier than this. Early menstrual bleeding or spotting and spotting between periods can occur with any brand of OCP and is more common with low dose pills like yours and with older formulations of progesterone, If this continues, you might consider getting on a "stronger" pill.

Normal: If it's only the fourth month taking it, your body might still be making itself comfortable with this new medication. Sometimes this may happen if you miss a pill or are taking them, say one day at 8 am and the next day at 2 pm, it can cause some slight "glitches" like that. I don't think what you are describing is worrisome.
