See doctor ASAP: Pelvic or lower abdominal pain plus vaginal pain suggest pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), i.e. infection of the tubes due to an STD. Gonorrhea or chlamydia are good bets, or maybe herpes causing the vaginal pain. Don't try to just treat the pain; you need to see a doctor urgently. It's especially serious if you have fever. Consider your nearby NHS GUM clinic for expert, lifestyle sensitive care.
