60-100: Generally accepted norms for hear rate range from 60 to 100 beats per minute. However, falling outside of this range does not necessarily indicate that something abnormal is occurring. If you have concerns that your heart rate is innapropriately low or high relative to the way you feel or your clinical condition, you should be evaluated by your physician.
