Sinusitis: Usually when I get tenderness to palpation I start antibiotics because it is a bony area and the inflammation can be painful and it is hard to clear. Would also raise head of bed allows for better drainage and if reflux is causing the issue prevents reflux, take zyrtec in AM ,benedryl in PM . I prefernasal antihistamine to nasonex (mometasone) F/U today with doc/urgent care.
