Fatigue: If your physician has ruled out thyroid disease, diabetes or pre-diabetes, anemia, or infections as the cause of your symptoms it may be that you are in menopause. Menopause can interrupt good sleep, it can be emotionally exhausting. And given your age must be included on the possible causes of your symptoms.

Many possibilities.: There are innumerable medical, nutritional and emotional conditions that include being tired as a symptom. These range from simple issues to those far more complex. A good checkup and blood testing would be a good starting point.
