I have bro whi have an hydrocephalus and he's two years old is it normal that he cannot sit or walk or even talk plz need help?

Hydrocephalus occurs when the fluid builds up excessively. It can create pressure that can cause permanent brain injury.Surgery to create a bypass for fluid is sometimes curative. Any damage could be permanent.
