Sexually active: if you had sexual intercourse since your last period take a pregnancy test. It is quite common to have an irregular or delayed cycle once in awhile. the presence of fleshy grey tissue may be congealed blood and protein or a sign of miscarriage or tubal pregnancy. If pregnant and bleeding it would be important to know your blood type. If your pain persists go to ER. Good luck.
