Nail: It might be paronychia or ingrown toe nail . Antibiotics and pain killers would be needed. In some cases minor surgery might be indicated too .Please see your doctor

Paronychia: An infection around or under the nail or the nailbed should be rapidly excluded. May require antibiotics or even drainage. Please seek urgent medical attention as will need examination.
