Ask again: But first , please read the package or ask pharmacist what is in it and the dose. This is not a familiar drug in the west. Meanwhile, ask your doctor how often you are supposed to take it.

Kidney...stone?: Your question was cut off before you finished what your kidney ailment was. If it is kidney stones, you should be fine taking a small dose of calcitriol (0.5mcg daily) to bring your vitamin D levels back to normal. But I would monitor your blood levels regularly to make sure you are not going too high. If you have decreased kidney function, the dose should be even lower, so consult your doctor.
