Cheloid risk: Of course it is possible, however, if you have the tendency to make cheloids, you may well have a scarring deformity develop occurring in the place of your new tattoo! I wouldn't risk it!

I got a tattoo on the inside of my bicep. Arm was awkwardly placed for 45 min. Immediately had numbing in hand/elbow/forearm that hasn't subsided.
