For what purpose?: What are you hoping to gain from taking Fish Oil? It's one thing to eat fish as part of a healthy diet but that's very different from popping a few capsules to make up for dietary deficiencies. Currently, certain brands of fish oil are approved for those w/excessive triglyceride levels. But there is no approved use in diabetics or anyone else for any other reason.
