CIN Rx and paps: If you had a Leetz procedure for a significantly abnormal pap such as CIN or worse Carcinoma in situ, the yearly pap smear with be the only way to get an early warning of the return of the abnormality. Follow up with your GYN MD then is more serious then a person who has normal pap smears x 15 years who may go every three years between pap smears.
