My husband has a spot with a black dot on it when we squeeze it lots of yuck comes out of it ! can u help plz?

Sebaceous cyst...: ...is most likely. Think of it as a giant blackhead. Sometimes sebeceous cysts can become infected, like when a blackhead becomes a pimple. Whether this needs medical attention depends on size, location, and whether it gets infected from time to time (red, sore, pus drainage). If uncertain, your husband should see his GP. No hurry if not currently red, sore, etc. Good luck.
