Protected sex?: Protected sex means no pregnancy worries. But if still very worried, one can call her doctor today to see if Ella (ulipristal acetate) (a different pill) is available, or if one can get an IUD placed today. With an IUD, one can stop worrying about Plan B in the future. A urine pregnancy test, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred) or 1 week after missing a period.
