Pinworms: There are 2 medications, both category C which means the effect on human fetuses is unknown. As you are at the end of your pregnancy there is no problem with the development of your baby, so either drug, mebendazole or pyrantel pamoate would work. The entire family needs to be treated and repeat in 1 week. All the best. Have the same discussion with your pharmacist.
