Several possible: The available common meds are all in category C during pregnancy.Pyrantel (OTC) ,mebendazole & Albendazole are all in this category.This just means there is not enough data to call it totally safe but no data that has documented harm. You might just wait a few more weeks until you are past 12 weeks so baby is not exposed during the important 1st trimester.
