No risk: Nobody carries the hepatitis A virus. It's an acute disease that makes people sick with hepatitis. And it isn't passed by blood or through cuts, only by swallowing infected feces. Hepatitis B and C are different, blood borne and potentially acquired through wounds. However, even these are basically zero risk from this sort of exposure. There's no risk of any kind of hepatitis by massage.
