My daughter had an endoscopy a week ago today. this morning she developed fever of 100.5 with no other symptoms. could it be infection from procedure?

An infection would've occurred due to a complication from having the procedure, and you would've been aware of this within 1-2 days. More than likely, your daughter just has a viral infection.
