Probably not: It would be unusual for your daughter to develop an infection from having an endoscopy, especially with no other symptoms. An infection would've occurred due to a complication from having the procedure, and you would've been aware of this within 1-2 days. More than likely, your daughter just has a viral infection. If it persists more than 3 days, she should see her doctor.
