22 weeks preg. ivf. 3d normal except the neck. multilocular cystic shadow from the left extends 2 left axilla. most prob. cystic hygroma. pls advise?

Observe: This needs to followed very carefully. It is a lymphatic malformation. It may get larger and is often associated with other findings. Sometimes it can resolve.
