Forgot pill 2 days. followed doc instructions to take 2 makeups. no sex. brown spotting 7 days before blank pills. is cycle ruined? should i worry?

Spotting: Don't worry. There always can be spotting when there is an alteration in hormones. You need to be on active pills 7 continuous days for them to be effective as birth control otherwise use a second method as well but continue the pills so future cycles are ok
