Possible: Any time you have sex, there is a possibility of pregnancy. If you use condoms and an effective birth control (such as the pill), you will decrease the risk, but it is never 0% chance (unless you don't have sex at all!) . It sounds like you are taking reasonable precautions, but you should try to take your pill on a regular schedule.
