Nothing...: as long as you don't have some kind of bleeding disorder, take another NSAIDS or are pregnant. Just don't take that much again. 2, 325 mg aspirin tablets should suffice for garden variety aches & pains and you'll be less likely to get a stomach ache. Meanwhile, no worries.
