Acid: In your case, it amy be too little acid to break down complex food stuffs. A favorite home remedy of mine is organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar in hot water 2-3 times per day. Digestive enzymes and probiotics help many with reflux. Paradoxically, acid blockers compound the problem in many people. Good luck. Reflux is awful.
