Questionable: Just because you had a positive ovulation test doesn't mean that you'll get pregnant at the tone of ovulation. Ovulation tells you that an egg is released but even with sex there is no guarantee that the egg will fuse with your partner's sperm and so it would be premature to expect a positive pregnancy test unless you missed a period. If you missed your period, check again in a week to be sure.
