Cervical arthritis: Maybe the cervical arthritis is not the entire reason to explain what's wrong; the arm and burning upper back pain can stem from docs herniation, facet arthritis and nerve compression in the neck. Please see a good orthopaedic spine doctor to look over everything carefully and diagnose you correctly. Thanks you!
