No: If it is starting to get better on 3rd day, you should be OJ☺️. Just follow up with your doctor for the results of your urethral smear and get treatment as needed. Feel better:)

Not seriously!: While you might experience temporary irritation during & after a uretheral swab, you won't not have permanent or serious damage from a properly performed urethral swab. As long as you continue to improve, and follow up on test results, you should be fine. Best wishes. Dr. Anne.
