Yes, but...: It's very uncommon to have chlamydia that long. It's usually cleared by the immune system in a few months. No matter how long a chlamydial infection lasts, it usually doesn't cause infertility. It can happen, but probably no more often in a prolonged infection (many months) or a brief one (a few weeks). If you had chlamydia and have been treated, probably you are not infertile.
