Possibly...: Its best to assume that you can get pregnant anytime you have unprotected intercourse (because it happens). The reason for this is that sperm can hang around for up to 5 days inside your body waiting eagerly for the egg! The 5th day of a 30-31 day cycle isn't the highest risk time-frame. Best wishes!

Possible: The period between the 8th until the 21st days of your menstruation, is considered unsafe if you are trying to avoid pregnancy. In other words, other days i.e. the first and the last week of your cycle are considered safe. Having said this, dates can be wrong so always use condom or other barrier method to prevent pregnancy.
