Sir my wife is pregnant and running fifth mint of pregnancy, and she is having fever and common cold and sour thought and coughing during couging she is having severe pain in stomach. please advise me the tab?

Needs a Provider: Your wife needs to see a Provider. Severe pain in the stomach and Pregnancy is not normal. You could try Tums or Zantac (ranitidine) to settle her stomach, but if this does not help, I would find a doctor to help her.
