Probably resolve: The nausea is most likely a consequence of the Niacin and the tachycardia is most likely as a response to your nausea, mild dehydration, vasodilatation from the Niacin and anxiety about the event. This will resolve. Check with your health care provider regarding the proper dosing for you for the future.
