Lying down: It is surprising to me that a 23 year old would have significant enough coronary artery disease to require these medications. Nitroglycerin will briefly lower your blood pressure more which could be detrimental. If you are lying down when you take it you may not pass out or feel as dizzy. I think you need to confirm the need for these medications with your health care provider.
