None: your toddler should not be jumping or hitting your pregnant belly. I would discuss with your toddler about gentle touching of the growing baby inside of you. your toddler maybe jealous of the pregnancy and I would spend more time with the toddler and be careful. if your uterus is injured by your toddler, the developing baby can be injured. if you have vaginal bleeding during pregnancy, make a single day appointment with OB doctor

Maybe: There is a lot of cushioning in there and the baby is surrounded by amniotic fluid. However, constant jumping or trauma to the belly is not a good idea. It is a good idea to discourage these negative actions to your toddler, remember that baby wont have the protection of your womb much longer! Try Time outs.
