Necrotizing fasciiti: same as before getting necrotizing fasciitis. It is bacterial infection and there is no acquired immunity ( like in most of viral infections) so one can get it again and again

Low, But Not Zero: Good question.Overall,the chances are low.Why? Because most people who get it are so deathly afraid of getting it again they take meticulous care of their personal and environmental hygiene.But if the person is immunocompromized(e.g.diabetes,HIV,cancer,etc), are extensively scarred,or don't take care of themselves,the chances are much higher.It's more complicated than that,but these are the basics
