Be seen: Go to ER for your bleeding, blood work and an ultrasound. If sounds like you may be having a miscarriage. All the best.

Threatened: Bleeding and cramping at 8 weeks pregnant is a threatened miscarriage. Miscarriages usually occur in the first trimester and are most frequently due to something the matter with the fetus and not something you did, didn't do, or can do something about. At this point you need to see your OB/GYN today or go to the ER to be sure you don't bleed too much and be sure this isn't an ectopic pregnancy.
