See doctor: This could be several things. If you are experiencing itching, it could be a yeast infection, which can be treated with medication. Other bacterial infections can cause discharge too. Your cervix produces mucus and it may be possible that it is normal cervical mucus, it is often clear-ish. However, it would be best to see your doctor, who could prescribe antibiotics if needed.

See your doctor: Usually such a discharge may just be a yeast infection easily treated with antifungal cream or medication.

Vaginal Discharge: A vaginal discharge can be cause by several things- a yeast infection and a bacterial infection are most common. If you are sexually active, it may be from an std. See your primary care physician for further evaluation and treatment.
