Skin Moisturizers: Skin moisturizers needs to be applied to the body frequently (non-perfumed). May apply cold compresses (cold towel) over the areas where moisturizer is applied for better absorption. Applying moisturizer after bathing helps as well. See your pediatrician if eczema not better (may prescribed steroid cream). There are other creams that are used for refractory cases but are immunosuppressive.
