Depends: if any vision changes or problems, nausea, vomiting, balance problems, neck pain you should be seen ASAP. If headache that is worsening then need to be seen ASAP. Otherwise ice to the area of injury, Tylenol, (acetaminophen) ibuprofen, naproxen per label directions ok to use. No aspirin. Symptoms should improve over next 2-3 days. If not or worsening get seen ASAP. Hope this was helpful and you feel better soon

Maybe: First, if you are cut, then you might need stitches and should see a MD. Second, if you are having any vision problems, dizziness, nausea, or extreme tiredness all of a sudden, then you need to get to the Urgent care or ER for evaluation. Third , if this was an abuse situation, you need to get out of there now and get to the ER. Be wise. Good Luck.

Possibly: Did the "broken clothes hanger" cause a laceration and bleeding? Do you now have headaches, dizziness, blurring of vision, nausea and vomiting? If so, contact your doctor.
