Not likely: Getting your tubes tied is a permanent solution. There are cases of tubal failures so if you think you are pregnant check a home pregnancy test. The risk of pregnancy after tubal ligation is about 1/200.

Unlikely: The falope ring causes a portion of the tube to die and divides the tube into two portions. However, in rare cases, it can form a canal in the scar tissue to reconnect the tube, which provides the chance for pregnancy and especially ectopic pregnancy. This is not common however.
