Very unlikely: Hcg natural activator claims to raise your HCG level but i know of no objective evidence that it raises it much if at all. It is highly unlikely it would raise HCG enough to cause a false positive pregnancy test and would not make you miss your period. It is almost certain that you are pregnant. You should stop taking this product and most supps & meds except for a prenatal at this time.
