I had some spotting for 3 days on july 9th 2015 and right after the next day i had some white discharge i woke up today and i'm bleeding on saturday i had a blackout and threw up could i be pregnant i've gotten headaches,back pains, runny nose and bloated

A real mix...: ....of symptoms. First, I would recommend you do a pregnancy test. If the spotting early in July was not your period, then the current bleeding may not be either. Having a blackout, though, should not be considered a typical symptoms of pregnancy. Certainly the runny nose would not be related. I suggest you organize a list and make a visit to your primary care doc for review of all. Good luck!

Bleeding ? pregnancy: Yes you could be pregnant. I suggest a blood preg test, and an early sonogram to confirm.
