Yes: Anytime that you have unprotected sexual contact you are at risk for HIV. If bodily fluids from your partner came intact with an open blister, it is possible that you could have had transmission of any number of STDs. If you are at all concerned that your partner may have an infection, I would recommend that both of you be tested. If you have regular unprotected sex you may want reassurance.
