I am having really bad achy legs, mainly my right leg. usually happens at night or when cold but now for days. been taking magnesium. any other tips?

Eval is needed to rule out sickle cell disease, low iron,electrolyte abnormalities, peripheral vascular disease. Treatments could be as simple as vascular stabilizers or neuronal stabilizers, but correct diagnosis is needed first. Since simple meds have not worked, see your doctor.
