See a neurologist: migeaineurs often have circulatory problems with cool, hands or feet, due to arterial spasms. This can be painful. Eval is needed to rule out sickle cell disease, low iron, electrolyte abnormalities, peripheral vascular disease. Treatments could be as simple as vascular stabilizers or neuronal stabilizers, but correct diagnosis is needed first. Since simple meds have not worked, see your doctor.
